WHY CHOOSE US

House Rules

To maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment for all our guests, please review and adhere to the following house rules:


No Smoking

                Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the building and within 25 feet of any entrance.


No Outside Food Trucks

Outside food trucks are not permitted on the premises at any time.


 Catering Guidelines

Outside catering is allowed with prior approval.

            All food must be fully prepared off-site—no cooking is permitted inside the studio.


 No Grilling or Open Flames

         Grilling, barbecuing, or open flames are strictly prohibited, including in the parking lot or any outdoor areas.


 Noise Control

           Keep noise levels respectful. No excessive noise or disruptive behavior will be tolerated.


 Respect for Equipment and Space

         Please treat all studio equipment and furniture with care. Any damage caused by negligence may result in additional charges.


Booking Time Includes Setup & Breakdown

             Your reserved time includes setup and breakdown. Additional time will incur extra charges if not previously arranged.


 Children & Pets

            Children must be supervised at all times. Pets are not allowed unless they are certified service animals.


Security & Surveillance

      For safety and quality assurance, the premises may be monitored by security cameras.

Our Cleaning Process

  1. Full Surface Disinfection All high-touch surfaces—including doorknobs, countertops, tables, chairs, light switches, and bathroom fixtures—are disinfected using EPA-approved cleaning agents.
  2. - Equipment Sanitized Any equipment used during your session (e.g., lights, stands, props) is wiped down and sanitized after each use.
  3. - Fresh Setup for Every Client The studio is reset with clean linens (if applicable), trash is removed, and the space is visually inspected for cleanliness and readiness.
  4. - Air Circulation & Freshening We ensure proper air circulation between bookings and use air-purifying sprays or diffusers as needed.
  5. - Restrooms Cleaned Daily All restrooms are cleaned thoroughly at the start and end of each day, and stocked with soap, paper towels, and sanitizer.
